The tea is created by being steamed and then compressed into a half bowled shape. The tastes of the tea is smooth in texture and bold in tastes and characteristic of all Pu-erh teas it is similar to red wine where the longer you store it, the better it becomes with age. Temperature: 190F Boiling first then let water sit for 1 min; Use: 5-6 gram piece per 8 - 12 ounces; Infusion Time: 4-5 minutes.
