It is a strong tea, so at first use a small teaspoon of dry leaves and work up from there. Can be used two or three times. Grown in Fujian Province and a fine grade of this famous tea.

Steep for about two minutes, less if brewed gongfu style. Try about one full tablespoon for a powerful dark cup. Infuse two times for two minutes each and then use new leaves.
